RubyFrost Apple “Donuts”
Ingredients
- RubyFrost apples, cored and sliced -
- For the maple peanut butter: -
- natural peanut butter - 1/4 cup
- maple syrup (depending on sweetness preferred) - 1-2 tbsp
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- Pinch of sea salt -
Instructions
- Core and slice the RubyFrost apples horizontally so they make a “donut” shape.
- To make the maple peanut butter, mix together the ingredients
- Spread on top of apple slices and add chocolate chips, sprinkles, chopped nuts, whatever sounds good!
